DR DAVID PERCY MBBS FRCGP

David Percy is currently Director of Healthcare Strategy at the Tropical Health and Education Trust. His main responsibility is the management and expansion of NHS Links.
Previously he led a project in Europe as part of the UK Presidency of the EU, he has been Director of a School of Inter-professional care at NHSU and he was Director of Workforce Development in the South East Regional Office of the Department of Health.
He has managed GP Training in the South of England and he chaired the Committee of Directors of GP Education in the UK.
Clinically he worked as a GP in Southampton for eighteen years as well as working in palliative care and psychotherapy.
David is married with four grown up children. He is a trustee of a school for children with severe learning difficulties. He is a keen sailor with a cruising yacht in France and a small racing yacht in the UK.
