A well-seasoned, generalist, all encompassing HR Practitioner that has gained considerable experience in various industries such as Mining, Engineering, Consumer Electronics, FMCG and Professional Services/Consulting. Within a short period of time Micheal gained recognition on the South African Board for Personnel Practitioners both as Senior Professional and a Mentor, member of the Institute of Directors, as well as a Life Time Member of the International Association of Business Leaders. His past appointments have involved considerable work involving the implementation of large change and turnaround strategies, including the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard and Business Management Processes

Over the past four and a half years, Micheal has gained significant experience within the Professional Services Industry within the exciting and challenging domain of Enterprise Resource Planning solutions such as JD Edwards (Workforce Management), PeopleSoft (HCM) and Oracle (HCM). The alignment of Human Capital Management strategies and the world of IT has become increasing important – as perhaps the sole tool of enablement where HR can become a true Business Partner of value added HR services.
