Charles has worked in several senior HR capacities within a wide range of Industry Sectors both locally and overseas. These sectors include FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Industrial Chemicals, Printing and Packaging, Automotive Components and Engineering. Charles has attended a number of significant business development courses including Finance, Marketing and Constraint Management; most at international business schools.Charles is now associated with DRG Outsourcing, a one-stop HR service provider, as Service Line Leader – Employee Investment. As such he facilitates interventions incorporating Employee Performance, Reward Strategy, Organisational Culture/ Climate Assessments, Entrepreneurship orientation for employees and Business Appreciation programmes.
