Events Date:16 and 17 of December Why a Nigeria Recruit 2004 ? 1000 pre-selected candidates from across the globe will be selected to attend this event. National and International organisations will have the unique opportunity to showcase themselves as employers of choice, in Nigeria and advertise employment opportunities to potential candidates. In the past Nigeria employment information has been limited to the immediate local market eliminating potential overseas candidates. In addition, job seekers in Nigeria have also been limited to job openings within their state only, thereby eliminating regional and National based posts.
Who are the Candidates? The NigeriaRecruit 2004 Career Day will attract over 50,000 Job seekers. After careful pre-screening 1000 will be invited to attend the Career Day. Which after careful pre-selection will be reduced to 1000 qualified professionals Europe and North America are home to a large population of Nigerians 70% of whom are educated to Degree level as graduates and post-graduate with 0-15 years plus industry experience. We will attract high-achieving individuals who have the desire to use or transfer skills and knowledge to Nigeria. They are globally aware and an appreciation of the local culture.

The career/recruitment fair creates a visible and cost effective forum where jobseekers can obtain a lot more information on the corporate profiles of various organisation and the new companies and sectors in the job market.
